Padre Pio and the Holy Souls in Purgatory. Helping them to Heaven. Part Five

Each day when Padre Pio went before the Blessed Sacrament in prayer, he commended to Our Lord the souls in Purgatory, ESP the souls who has a special devotion to the Blessed Sacrament and to Our Lady.

Padre Pio was worthy of the great praise given him by Pope Benedict XVI, who said of Padre Pio, "Padre Pio has been above all, a "Man of God". From childhood he felt called by Him and responded with all his heart, with all his soul, and with all his strength. This, divine love was able to take possession of his humble person and make of him an elect instrument of His salvific design."
