Fr Lombardi said that he is ‘very grateful’ to blogs for their role in representing the Pope’s position on condoms clearly. This is one central issue that has come up again and again during this Blogmeet – that bloggers were instrumental in upholding and ‘clarifying’ the Church’s official teaching on condoms. Furthermore Fr Lombardi says; ‘I am very grateful for the help that I get from blogs. In the efforts we make to represent the Pope’s position clearly.’
